Our Approach
Many personal trainers develop a training program and then find clients and put them through the program. The problem is no two people are the same. We all have different bodies, goals, personal and professional environments, family and cultural habits. You need a training program that is developed around your needs.
Our approach to personal training starts with an in-depth initial consultation ideally in person, but virtual works as well. During this session, we assess:
your current fitness level
eating habits
daily schedule
previous exercise experiences
any barriers you’ve faced
and most importantly, your personal goals.
From there, we establish realistic short- and long-term goals and decide on effective ways to measure your progress, whether through DEXA scans, VO2 max testing, or other metrics suited to your goals.
Once we have your goals established, we will help you create a plan, which can include:
planned exercise
changes in eating habits
changes in your environment
changes in daily activity.
We will then meet regularly to evaluate your plan, what’s working and what’s not, make adjustments and monitor your progress toward your goal.
How much Does it cost?
No two people are the same, and neither are our personal training services. We believe in creating a personalized plan that aligns with your unique goals, needs, and lifestyle.
