    • Place your order online or via telephone

    • If you would like to pick up in person we will contact you to schedule a pickup

    • If you choose the option to have your collection kit mailed directly to you we will send you an invoice via email. Once paid it will be shipped.

    • Register your kit online and answer the questionnaire

    • Collect your DNA

    • Mail it to our lab through the post office with our pre-paid label and included shipping supplies.

    • We will contact you when results are available to schedule a time to review them with you (and provide you a copy)

  • If you would like to pick up your collection kit in person we will schedule a time to meet you in our office, we are unable to take walk in’s at this time.

    If you would like to have your collection kit sent directly to your house, just supply your mailing address and we will get it sent to you.

  • If you already have your DNA data, we will send you an email with instructions on how to upload the data to our lab. The data will then be used to generate your reports.

    No further DNA collection will be needed.

  • Genetic mapping takes some time. The reports will be available about 4-6 weeks after the DNA collection is mailed out.

    If you uploaded your DNA data it will be available within 1-2 weeks.

  • Any time you order a report or a bundle of reports, a 30 minute in-person or virtual consultation is included.
